Last updated: 9/14/26 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of skryptix.com and purchases from Skryptix (“we”, “us”). By using the Site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms. 1. WHAT WE SELL We sell digital products (e.g. software, scripts, templates, files). You receive a license to use the product according to its description and any license terms shown on the product page—not ownership of our intellectual property unless stated otherwise. 2. ACCOUNTS & SIGN-IN Access is passwordless: you sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. You must use the same email you used at checkout to access purchases. You are responsible for access to your email account. 3. ORDERS & PAYMENT Prices are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. We confirm orders when payment succeeds (via Stripe’s systems). We may refuse or cancel orders in case of error, fraud, or abuse. 4. DELIVERY Products are delivered digitally through your account (Downloads). We do not attach product files to order emails. Download links are time-limited for security. See your order confirmation email for step-by-step instructions. 5. LICENSE & ACCEPTABLE USE Unless the product page says otherwise: • You may use the product for personal or commercial projects as described on the product page. • You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share the downloadable files (or source) except as explicitly allowed. • You may not attempt to bypass download limits, share accounts, or scrape the Site. 6. UPDATES Some products include updates for a period or lifetime, as stated on the product page (“update policy”). After that period, you keep access to the version you purchased unless your policy entitles you to newer versions. 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Site, branding, and products remain our property or our licensors’. Your license is limited to what we grant at purchase. 8. DISCLAIMER Products are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site or that every product fits your specific project. 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product in the twelve (12) months before the claim. 10. REFUNDS Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy at /legal/refund-policy, which is part of these Terms. 11. TERMINATION We may suspend access if you violate these Terms or abuse the service. You may stop using the Site at any time. Provisions that should survive (payment obligations, limits of liability, license restrictions) survive termination. 12. CHANGES We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on the Site with an updated date. Continued use or new purchases after changes constitute acceptance. 13.
