Quick start (after download)

  1. npm install
  2. Copy .env.example → .env and configure database + Stripe + auth secrets (see docs/environment-variables.md).
  3. npm run db:setup then npm run dev

Demo logins are documented in README.md (e.g. admin@example.com after seed).
